Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and four months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Ulsan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 10, 2016, and is not a narcotics handler.
[2017 Highest 4537, hereinafter “4537”)
1. On July 7, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) delivered a penphone to C with approximately 0.15 g of the clopon, a local mental medicine, at a guest room in the heading room in Busan Young-gu, Busan, to C without compensation; and (b) received a penphone.
2. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant, in collusion with F, put “H” 806 Mophones located in Seo-gu Busan, into two for a single-use injection devices with water, dilution one out of the two for a single-use injection devices into F, and injected one for a single-use injection device into his own arms, and injected one for a remaining one for a single-use injection device into his own arms.
3. On August 29, 2017, around 17:50 on August 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) carried a phiphone by inserting approximately 2.5g plastic bags into three plastic bags and one disposable injection device in the Defendant’s clive bag in the Defendant’s clive bag 1 story; and (b) holding a phiphone by inserting approximately 0.06g of a clive phone on the table within the 806 table where the Defendant was staying.

1. On September 27, 2016, the Defendant (one-time, named “J”) received approximately 0.06 g of philopon from I in the car moving to the territory of K “K” (SJ) around September 27, 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.06 g of philopon from I in the car moving to the territory of K (SJ).
[In the facts charged, 50,00 won, which I delivered to the defendant in singing, is stated as the purchase price of singphone, but I attended this court as a witness and went to singing together after being issued a singphone.
