1. Larceny;
A. On November 7, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on November 7, 2015: (a) entered a D convenience store located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, and was in a display stand for the said convenience store E (V, 42 years old) of the victim’s employees.
800 won was inserted into a bank where one cans amounting to 2,00 won, which is equivalent to 1,200 won general Kim(b).
The Defendant continued to go away from the convenience store to the effect that, as calculated, the Defendant changed the Plaintiff’s 18,000 won totaled to 20,000 won and the Plaintiff’s 20,000 tobacco tobacco, and then received tobacco from the Plaintiff, and then, “I have to account with a locker that it has been kept on the wall” was “I have been kept on the wall.”
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property equivalent to the total market value of 22,00 won owned by the victim.
B. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant discovered the key of the victim H (46 years of age) of this clothes in the Grying room located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, on November 13, 2015, and discovered that he was able to do so in the next place, and opened the clothes 150,000 won in the victim’s possession of cash, 150,000 won in the victim’s possession of cash, 1 post office knife card, 1 credit card of a new bank, etc.
2. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant attempted to make payment by presenting one credit card copy of a new bank in the name of H, which was stolen, as described in paragraph 1-b, as if the victim were the victim, at around 04:16, the Defendant purchased KRW 104,000,000, total market price of KRW 5,000 gift certificates, tobacco to be installed, and tobacco 2 to be installed in a new city, from the J convenience point in the operation of the victim’s name in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si. However, the Defendant failed to make payment due to excess of the limit, and attempted to do so.
3. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business is located in K at the beginning of the Gangwon-si around 07:58.
