Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On March 2, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off the Victim C in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City “D Et”, which was managed by the victim C; (b) caused the said victim to be 2 A, who was placed in the carcter subsequent to the carculate in the carculate display stand; and (c) caused the theft.
B. On March 4, 2015, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant, at around 22:47, 2015, stolen the instant victim’s 3 A, who was placed in the said knife display stand by using the knife of the knife, thereby falling under KRW 13,500 at the market price.
2. The Defendant, on March 13, 2015, found one copy of the Victim F (F, 21 years old)’s check-up card owned by our bank, around 22:00, on the part of the Defendant, at the nearby Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-gu E, and the victim F (F, 21 years old).
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
3. On March 13, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:00, purchased tobacco 1, 1, 3, and 1, and 1, 3,000, and acquired the 1,000 won of tobacco from the above Mat employee who believed that he was a legitimate holder of the above Mat and believed that he was a legitimate holder of the above Mat, and acquired the Mat’s Mat and 1,000 won of tobacco.
4. The Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business, as stated in the above 3. 3., used the above F’s physical card for the above F’s bank, and used the debit card lost by another person.
