On May 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a Grand City Gampon on May 11, 2017, at around 04:30, 170, a Pungdo-ro 170-ro, a Pungdo-ro, in front of the original officetel-ro, from Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, to the front road of 188, without obtaining a driver's license.
