"2013 Highly 72"
1. On March 26, 2013, the Defendant entered “I” operated by the victim H (the age of 81) in Kimpo-si G on March 2013, 2013, and prevented the victim from resisting the victim’s head one time with bricks in his possession, and then deducted KRW 100,000 in cash in his/her place of receipt and disbursements of money, and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as an open wife, which requires a treatment for about 14 days.

Around March 5, 2013, the Defendant sent a passbook and a check card to the name-based party, who received 150,000 won from the password and transferred it to the name-based party, at a post office near the Kimpo-dong Kimpo-dong 934, the Defendant’s bank account in the name of the Defendant (the account number: the O facts charged are referred to as Q. However, the O facts charged are referred to as “O” but it appears to be a clerical error in the “O”).
3. On March 2013, the Defendant transferred the passbook and physical card in front of the regrative calendar in Gangseo-gu Seoul, the Defendant received KRW 1.50,00 to the person under whose name the passbook and physical card in the name of the Defendant was transferred, along with the password.
