A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2009, the Defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act by receiving a summary order of a fine of two million won from the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking) and a fine of three million won from the same court on July 17, 2009.
