1. The defendant shall have the real estate indicated in the list of the plaintiffs (appointed parties) and the designated parties listed in the annexed list, and the real estate listed in the annexed list 2.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) owns 302 real estate listed in the attached Table 2 list (hereinafter “the instant aggregate building”); B, 407 of the instant aggregate building; C, 601 of the instant aggregate building; 404 of the instant aggregate building; 6, 504 of the instant aggregate building; 6, 306 of the instant aggregate building; 6, 408 of the instant aggregate building; 307 of the instant aggregate building; and H owned 1/2 of the 505-2 of the instant aggregate building.

B. On June 15, 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract for the management services of the instant aggregate building with the head of the management body of the instant aggregate building from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017, setting the period from July 1, 2015, and entered into a contract for the management services of the instant aggregate building. By now, the Defendant is performing the management of the instant aggregate building, including the management of human resources of the instant aggregate building, the maintenance and safety management of auxiliary facilities and welfare facilities, electricity, mutual aids, water supply, sanitation, and the maintenance of various facilities and facilities

C. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) the office of the management committee's committee office in the section (A) attached Table 3 among the 5 floors of the instant aggregate building connects each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 among the 5 floors of the instant aggregate building; (b) the management office's office team in the section (B) connects each point of the attached Table 3 (2), 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 among the 7 floors of the instant aggregate building; (c) the management office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office' is attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1 among the 7 floors of the instant aggregate building; and (d) the management office's office's office's office's office's office's office's office' in sequence.
