1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 10,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from November 19, 2016 to February 8, 2018.
Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Project approval and public notice - Project name: B housing redevelopment and rearrangement project - Project implementer: Defendant - Public notice: Songpa-gu public notice on August 16, 2013;
B. Decision on expropriation made on September 30, 2016 by the local Land Tribunal of Seoul Special Metropolitan City: The date of expropriation: November 18, 2016 - Land entered in the attached list owned by the Plaintiff and obstacles entered in the attached list of obstacles shall be divided ownership, and the land entered in the attached list shall be the site ownership.
(2) The following facts are as follows: (a) - The above land shall be referred to as “the instant land”; and (b) compensation - The above land and obstacles shall be referred to as “the instant land and obstacles”): 213,00,000 won - The appraisal corporation: the third appraisal corporation and the same appraisal corporation (hereinafter “appraisal”) shall be referred to as “the appraisal corporation; and (c) the results of the appraisal shall be referred to as “adjudication appraisal”; (d) there is no dispute; (e) entry of evidence No. 1
2. The assertion and judgment
