Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, while keeping both a scoo wing 125C wing and a B-wheeled two-wheeled vehicle, was willing to operate the said registration number plate by attaching the said registration number plate to the said unregistered two-wheeled vehicle.

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant illegally used the registration number plate of a two-wheeled automobile, air defense, by attaching the registration number plate of the two-wheeled automobile above B to the above-registered two-wheeled automobile after the stampner, etc. in the underground parking lot of the Yongsan-si, Osan-si.

On May 9, 2014, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated a unregistered scoowing 125C two-wheeled vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the Korea Land Corporation Public Relations Center located in Seongbuk-si (hereinafter “Korea Land Corporation”) on the date and time set forth in paragraph (2); and (b) operated a non-registered scoowing 125C two-wheeled vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance at a place.
