1. Revocation of a judgment of the first instance;

1. Basic facts

A. On October 24, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a non-dividend comprehensive insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant as the insured, as described in the attached Table No. 2, as the Defendant’s insured.

B. Of the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract, the main contents of the instant special terms and conditions for the disposal of traffic accidents, loss, and loss (hereinafter “the instant special terms and conditions”) related to the instant case are as follows.
