A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 2011, the Defendant, who illegally uses air defense, was in possession of the number plates (D) attached to the Atotoba while scrappingping off the Da Mansan WOWN125i Ora, which was received from C, a branchr, for whom it is impossible to know while he/she kept one unit of Da Mansan WOWN125i Ora.

On April 2014, the Defendant attached the above number plate (D) to the Haba, “F” purchased from G’s good offices at the trading establishment in Goyang-dong-si, Young-si, Young-si, in order to sell JYM GTS 125CC Atoba, the Defendant purchased from G’s good offices.

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them.

2. The Defendant borrowed approximately KRW 50,00 per day from April 21, 2014 to April 29, 201, the Defendant used the YM GTS 125CC, which was marked in paragraph (1) with D number plates attached at the places specified in paragraph (1) from around April 21, 2014, to many and unspecified persons.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of public offices that were unlawfully used.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant lent to an unspecified number of unspecified people about KRW 50,00 per day without mandatory insurance at the date and time specified in paragraph (2) and the place specified in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant operated a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance.

[2014 Highest 3692] The Defendant is a person who sells and repairs Obba in the name of "F" in Goyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City E.

In 2014, the Defendant purchased WW125EX mixed with a person who was unable to know his name on the date and name of the deceased in 2014, and attempted to rent it by attaching a registration number plate of another OE to the above OE.

The Defendant is the Republic of Korea from June 2014 to August 2014.
