Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) lent the purchase fund for the rocketing car at C office located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) as if he were to repay it in installments; and (c) as to F, an employee of the victim E, “on the loan of the purchase fund for the second class, he would have set up a right to collateral security on the second class and repay the price in installments for 18 months.” (d) The agreement on the second class loan of the damaged company, stating that “on the loan of the purchase fund for the second class, he would have set up the right to collateral security on the second class and pay the loan in installments for 22,80,000, interest rate of 17.9% per annum; (b) 1,281,306 won per first class; and (c) 1,453,685 won per installment; and (d) the amount of collateral security was set at 50% of the loan amount.

However, in fact, the above vehicle was delivered to the blorder immediately after purchasing the vehicle, and the 2,400,000 won was thought in return, and there was no intention or ability to repay even if the loan was delivered because there was no income or property.

The Defendant, by deceiving F as above, was transferred KRW 22,80,000 to the Nonghyup Bank account in the name of the Defendant under the name of the same day from the victim.
