A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but not a person handling narcotics, and thus, shall not sell, sell, or administer a psychotropic drug camblopon (hereinafter referred to as a "camlopon").

1. At around 03:00 on May 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased one string (one 2 column for one-time divers) in the dwelling space of the Defendant located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Apartment, 1201 Dong 1404; (b) from F that he/she became aware of through his/her pro-born E; and (c) sold a phiphone with cash of KRW 100,000,000 in cash.

2. The Defendant, at around 03:10 on the same day as that of the preceding paragraph, inserted the volume of the philophone purchased in a single-use injection machine, dilutioned with bio-related, and injected the remainder of the philophone into a beer, and administered the cloppopon on a beer.

3. On March 23, 2016, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) opened one vinyl paper (3x 4cm) containing approximately 0.5g of philopon (3x 4cm) owned by the Defendant, who stopped in the vicinity of H hospital located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and traded philopon by delivering 600,000 won in cash to the Defendant.

4. At around 22:00 on March 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) put in a toilet on the first floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L-gu Lphones purchased, such as the preceding paragraph, into a single-time injection instrument; (b) injected into one’s left part and administered phiphones.

5. On March 26, 2016, at the same place as in the preceding paragraph (3), the Defendant put the remaining philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with biocom, and administered philophones by injecting them into his left blood line.

6. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant requested the above K to seek phiphones from the scopon at the scopon site on May 11, 2016, and deposited KRW 400,000 as the price in the account used by K.

Since then, the Defendant around 20:00 Seoul around the same month.
