A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and on June 29, 2018, the parole period passed on October 6, 2018.

1. Larceny;

A. At around 21:00 on October 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the EM3 car owned by D, which was not corrected on the front of the “C” located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; and (b) cut off one head of G bank and one seal owned by D, which was maintained by D, and kept by D, the victim F (Death on December 11, 2018).

B. On November 30, 2018, around 18:04, the Defendant, at the “J” in the operation of the victim I located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, destroyed the total market value of KRW 40,000 in the display stand and stolen the Defendant by putting it in a shopping bag prepared in advance.

2. Fraud, fabrication of private documents, and uttering of the above investigation document in mind that the Defendant would withdraw the deposit using passbook and seal in the name of F that stolen as set forth in the above 1-A, and around 09:07 October 15, 2018, the Defendant stated “L” and “F million won” in the name column of “F” in the account number column using a black pen in the comprehensive screen tag kept at the location of the victim G bank located in the GF located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, by using clocking at the location of the GF located in the GF located in Gwangju, and forged one sheet in the F’s name and affixing the seal of F as set forth in the above 1-A, and presented it to the victim bank counter staff who was aware of the above fact.

The defendant continued to enter a password from a counter staff member, and is committed as if he/she has the right to withdraw his/her deposit by dividing the password "M" on the front of the stolen passbook, and as such, he/she received cash 870,000 won from the counter staff to December 24, 2018, and as shown in the list of crimes in the annexed sheet, the above date and time from the above point to December 24, 2018 are the name of F by the same method.
