Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 10, 201, the Defendant is a company with the purpose of developing electric resources that divided and merged part of the Korea East and East Power Co., Ltd. and the Korea East and East Power Co., Ltd. was divided and established under the Korea Electric Power Co., Ltd. on April 2, 2001.
B. The Plaintiff was the owner of 83,872/87,372 shares among 47,33 square meters of C forest land in Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun (hereinafter “instant land before the correction”). The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer to the Korea Electric Power Corporation on March 14, 200, the Changwon District Court’s Busan District Court Registry No. 4539, Mar. 27, 2000, which was received on March 27, 2000.
C. C. The Korea Electric Power Corporation completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of corporate division on June 1, 2001, the Changwon District Court’s Busan District Court’s receipt of June 1, 2001, No. 5785, on April 2, 2001, with respect to the land of this case (hereinafter “instant land after correction”).
