1. The Defendant points out each of the attached Form 41, 13, 29, 42, and 41, among the land size of 1,524 square meters in Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-do.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. D The land owned by the Defendant is owned by the Defendant: (a) on October 14, 1986, the land owned by the Defendant is the land owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant-owned land”) of 1,524 square meters prior to Busan-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun
A certified copy of the registry (certificate No. 1-2) contains a size of 1,539 square meters, but according to the land cadastre (certificate No. 3-4) on April 24, 2012, the area was divided into 1,524 square meters and the area was 1,524 square meters.
(2) On November 25, 2015, the Defendant purchased the land owned by the Defendant and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Changwon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s receipt No. 3662 on October 28, 1986. (2) On November 25, 2015, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer under the receipt of No. 16927 on November 25, 2015.
B. A change in ownership of land owned by the Plaintiff 1) D is a 949m20 square meters of forest E in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-do (hereinafter “E land”).
(B) The F warehouse site of 506 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “F land”) in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.
(2) As to the land of the said three parcels, the land of the said three parcels is collectively referred to as “Plaintiff-owned land” (hereinafter “G land”)
(2) On April 5, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of the cancellation of title trust as of Jun. 26, 1996, No. 9543, which was received on June 26, 1996, by the Changwon District Court’s Office, and No. 4471, Apr. 5, 2016.
C. D on October 14, 1986, purchased H land on October 14, 1986, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as the receipt No. 3662 on October 28, 1986. (2) The representative director I of the Plaintiff’s internal director I purchased H land on October 19, 2015 and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Changwon District Court’s Busan District Court’s Busan District Office’s Office of Registry No. 14670, Oct. 19, 2015.
D) On September 16, 2004, the Changwon District Court Decision 13329, which was received on September 16, 2004, completed the registration of preservation of ownership on the J land. 2) The Plaintiff’s audit L on April 201, 201.
