1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 266,765,00 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its amount from July 11, 2015 to December 22, 2016.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) confirmed on March 24, 2014, that “I will receive the additional amount of KRW 10 million in cash from A, and then will be KRW 300 million as of the total amount. The condition will delegate A the rights and the amount of the Cental Hospital’s claim for medical insurance, which I operate, to A not later than the date of refund. The date of refund will be fixed on March 23, 2016, and issued a cash custody certificate stating “I will confirm.” (hereinafter “the cash custody certificate of this case”).

On the other hand, on September 15, 2009, the Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted a partnership agreement with the following contents:
