1. The defendant is based on the restoration of the true name with respect to the land size of 601 square meters in Jeonan-gun, Jeonan-gun.

1. Facts of recognition;

E. Meanwhile, from November 1, 1971 to September 1, 1985, K was convicted of the facts charged, such as the sale of state-owned property and the change of purchaser’s name with respect to state-owned property sold and sold as a public official of the National Tax Service, by using the name of relative and branch, and the illegal misappropriation of state-owned property to a third party and the fraud of the purchase price.
