A. 2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiffs were the cause of the claim against the Defendants, and ① each of the instant real estate was nominal in trust with the deceased T. The Plaintiffs, the heir of the title truster T, sent a copy of the instant complaint to the Defendants, who were the heir of the title trustee net M., declared the intent to terminate the title trust agreement, and the (B) title trust agreement.
