Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a similar trading business establishment under the trade name called "C" in 502 of the Ilyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B building D from April 28, 2013, and D is a person who has been working as the head of the business office from April 28, 2013.

The Defendant, from the end of February 2013 to April 27, 2013, employed female employees E, etc. at the said business establishment and had them conduct the act of similaritying that may stimulate the sexual organ of male grandchildren to knife, and received 80,000 won per customer, and 40,000 won out of which female employees, and 40,000 won, from the end of the said business establishment, acquired by himself, thereby raising income equivalent to about 4,50,000 won during the said period in return for arranging sexual traffic.

The Defendant, between D and D on April 28, 2013, from May 3, 2013 to May 3, 2013, as well as D, received reservations from unspecified customers who wish to engage in commercial sex acts, and provided guidance as follows. The Defendant employed female employees E, F, G, etc., and had them do the act of similarity of the above contents against customers, and received 80,000 won per customer, and 40,000 won among them received by female employees, 40,000 won, and 450,000 won, in return for the brokerage of commercial sex acts, and conspired with the act of arranging commercial sex acts, etc.
