Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall commit an act of arranging sexual traffic, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, on November 2013, leased 102, 102, 207, 307, and 505 of the Seo-gu Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Studio Nos. 102, 107, 307, and 505 to prepare shower facilities and marina bars inside, and to employ female employees E, F, and G, with the trade similarity of H “H”.

According to such public offering, Defendant B provided KRW 10 million from November 2013 to April 9, 2014 for the acquisition of the said business establishment, etc., and sent text messages to the effect that “H, which was newly opened with a new female employee,” using the Internet mail delivery site, etc., entices customers by advertising out text messages to the effect that “H, which was newly opened with a new female employee,” and manages the said business establishment; Defendant A received reservations from the said employee, etc.; Defendant A received the reservations from the said employee, etc.; contact with the female employee such as the above E, etc. to guide the female employee to the room where the customer was found; and Defendant A received KRW 80,000 or KRW 100,000,000 from the customer, and then received KRW 40,000,000,000 from the customer.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging commercial sex acts for business purposes.
