A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) opened three rooms in the 7th floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu B Building; (b) received KRW 100,000 from the south of the sexual purchase in that place; and (c) sent sexual traffic women D, working at that place, into a room, into the room, into the room to stimulate the sexual organ of the above male.
