A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a C siren car;

On October 28, 2012, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol by 0.257% on a blood alcohol level, and driven the said vehicle at a speed of about 30 to 40 km in front of the Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant: (a) while driving the said vehicle at a speed of about 30 to 40 km in Seoul from the heading point of view; (b) while driving the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at a speed of about 30 to 5 km, the Defendant was negligent in driving the said vehicle while driving the said vehicle while driving the vehicle at a speed of about 30 to 40 km in Seoul; (c) while driving the said vehicle while driving the said vehicle at a speed of about the speed of the front line of the victim D (56 years old); (d) while driving the said vehicle at the same time, the Defendant suffered from the victim’s 2-day treatment of the said vehicle under the influence of the victim D (56 years old); and (e) the victim’s 2-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-day-wide.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.257% from the 3km section from the road front of the mutual influence in Taeju-gun, the south of the Gyeonggi-do, to the place specified in paragraph 1.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act operated the car owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
