A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 17:15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driven B rocketing car in the direction of 0.194% alcohol concentration on the 7km section from the restaurant in the mutual influorial name of the Seoul-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the road in front of the apartment house.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is engaged in driving Category B rocketing car.

The defendant operated the above car at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and moved the two-lanes from the front of the front door road of the Kimpo-si at the time of Kimpo-si to the two-lanes while driving the above car at the speed of the speed from the front front of the front door of the front door.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim C by occupational negligence, such as cinal salt, for which two weeks of medical treatment is required.
