A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with the Governor of Special Self-Governing Province or the head of Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location of the main business

Nevertheless, on March 4, 2014, from March 29, 2014 to March 23:3:30, 2014, the Defendant, without registering, sent female-do G and H, etc. to singing rooms using the F Costavour car with the trade name “E” in Ansan-si C and D, and had them perform fee-charging job placement services, by using F Costavour-si Ga and H, etc., and upon receiving KRW 25,00,000 from female-do women, the Defendant carried out fee-charging job placement services by using the trade name “E”.

2. No defendant A may employ any entertainment business or offer good offices for his/her singing practice room business.

Nevertheless, at around 22:30 on March 29, 2014, the Defendant received the introduction of Doo G and H from Doo G and H from Dooman G, an owner of the sidewalk in Ansan-si, and caused them to provide entertainment to customers by singing or dancing.
