Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. No defendant A may sell or provide alcoholic beverages, or employ or arrange a loan for entertainment;

Nevertheless, around 22:00 on April 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) sold 4 canns and cans to E who visited the said place in the “Ding Kinging 2” operated by the Defendant, and (b) arranged the contact F to contact B, who is the proprietor of the news reporting business, when the said customer requested a contact loan; and (c) let the contact F drink drink drink together with the said customer.

2. Defendant B is a person who operates a tentatively called “news” to introduce entertainment receptionist to singing practice rooms.

Any person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with the competent authority over the location of the main business office.

On April 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received contact from A on April 22, 2020, as described in paragraph (1), and arranged F for entertainment entertainment entertainment entertainment workers to the singing rooms listed in paragraph (1); (b) received KRW 7,000 per hour as an entertainment entertainment worker; and (c) conducted fee-charging job placement services without registering it with the competent authority from February 1, 2020 to May 20, 2020.
