Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2017, around 15:40, the Defendant driven a B-type cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of B-type of the Seocho-gu Seoul metropolitan city to the front side of the 216-59 km-dong, Gwangju metropolitan city, without obtaining a driver’s license.
