Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to run a credit business shall register his/her business with the Mayor/Do Governor who manages the relevant place of business in each place of business.

Nevertheless, on November 2, 2017, the Defendant loaned KRW 3,00,000 to C on the front road of the building in Gwanak-gu, Busan at the end of November, 2017. In fact, the Defendant agreed to lend KRW 10% of the commission, KRW 300,000, and KRW 300,000 per day after deducting KRW 2,40,000, and KRW 60,000 per day. Around January 2, 2018, the Defendant agreed to lend KRW 1,50,00 to F on the front road located in Nam-gu, Busan at the end of time. In fact, the Defendant agreed to lend KRW 1,00, KRW 100, KRW 90, KRW 90,00, and KRW 1,310,000 after deducting the principal and interest of KRW 30,00 per day.
