Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.
, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are juveniles with no certain occupation.
1. On May 8, 2016, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendants came to a “F” mobile phone agent operated by the victim E in Daejeon-dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and Defendant B reported network around the surrounding area. Defendant A, by hand, destroyed the correction device by flooding the knife of the store entrance knife, and invaded into the said device, and then put the smartphone 11,70,000,000 won prepared in advance at the display site.
The Defendants, together, stolen the property owned by the victim.
2. Defendant B
A. B. In the same time, at the same place, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document presented the said G G’s driver’s license under the name of the Daejeon District Police Agency, an official document, as if the Defendant was G, to the employees of the YA company, and subsequently illegally displayed the official document.
C. (1) On May 20, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter to the Defendant’s writing, stating that “I would sell Slutotok Gak Gak Gak Gak Gakn” by accessing the Internet opening site from the Mour in the Incheon vice-gu.
