Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants gathered that they use the C’s driver’s license held by Defendant A to siren the vehicle. A.

On August 8, 2019, the Defendants: (a) transferred the above driver’s license held by Defendant B to sound a vehicle at Jeju Island D and Erenk on August 8, 2019; and (b) Defendant B offered the above driver’s license to the said rental car proprietor as if he/she were his/her driver’s license; and (c) subsequently, the Defendants conspired to use the above driver’s license under the name of public document C in collusion.

B. On August 11, 2019, Defendants of the crime committed on August 11, 2019 were above 6:09 on August 11, 2019.

The above C's driver's license was used unlawfully in the same manner as the place stated in the paragraph.

C. The Defendants of the crime committed on August 13, 2019 are above 16:29 on August 13, 2019.

The above C's driver's license was used unlawfully in the same manner as the place stated in the paragraph.

On August 16, 2019, Defendants used the above C’ driver’s license in the same manner in the F and Genek’s 17:30 Jeju on August 16, 2019.

2. Defendant B

A. On August 8, 2019, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in subparagraph (a) of Article 1-A of the Motor Vehicle Lease Contract, who was requested by a rental car company to affix his/her signature to “the use and provision of personal information to a third party, details of insurance, and the statement of confirmation on the terms of contract” of the motor vehicle Lease Contract, and forged a private signature without authority for the purpose of exercising the said signature by stating it as “C” on the signature column, and submitted it as if he/she had been genuinely formed to the employees of the rental car company in a name not known to that effect. 2) On August 13, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on August 13, 2019.

The signature was forged and exercised without authority for the purpose of exercising it in the same manner as the time and place mentioned in the Paragraph 1 above. 3) August 16, 2019.
