Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) leased a car to D on May 17, 2015; and (b) received a return after three months; and (c) made an estimate of KRW 320,000 of the repair cost of the vehicle; (b) as the repair cost was not paid from D, the Defendant was able to make the said D impose a fine for negligence imposed for a speed violation in relation to the operation of sirens.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant, without authority, entered “YF”, “E”, “D”, “D” in the lessee’s column, “date and time of delivery” in the final warehouse column, and “E:25 September 10, 2016” in the lessee’s signature at will in the lessee’s signature box, and forged one copy of the lease contract under the above D’s name, a private document on rights and duties.

B. For the purpose of exercising a vehicle lease contract at the same date and at the same place, the Defendant, without authority, stated “SM3”, “F” in the vehicle name column, “D” in the lessee’s column, “D”’s personal information in the factory name, “10:00” in the factory name on the date and time column for delivery, and “D” in the final date and time column for delivery, and forged one copy of the vehicle lease agreement in the above D’s name, which is a private document on rights and obligations, by arbitrarily signing the “D” in the lessee’s signature in the lessee’s signature.

2. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for a change in the person to pay an administrative fine with respect to an administrative fine at the Transport Public Service Center of the Masan Police Station located in Ansan-si, Seosan-si; (b) on October 17, 2016, the Defendant submitted two copies of the forged vehicle lease contract to the police officer in charge of being aware of the fact that the contract was duly completed; and (c) subsequently,
