1. The Defendant forged a private document and exercising the aforementioned investigation document photographing his/her driver’s license in his/her mobile phone by photographing his/her partner C’s photograph and keeping it in his/her mobile phone. 3. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in FSpo-type.
