Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a ship of Chinese origin who acquired Korean nationality around 1997, H is a child of the defendant, and I is a father of H, and the J is a post-ship of I.
The Defendant, H, I, and J recently collected a scarcity in the name of the Chinese cosmetics market, such as “Korea” and “K-Interview.” Since the export volume falls short of the demand in China, personal entrepreneurs, who are in a situation where it is difficult for them to easily secure the cosmetic volume, and currently, in order to bring money to Chinese people by manufacturing a fake factoring similar to the “Korea-U.S. M. M. M. M. M.” of the Victim PelS Co., Ltd., the Defendant and H, I, and J, considered that it is difficult for them to secure the cosmetic volume.
1.
