Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2013, at around 22:25, the Defendant, a taxi engineer, in the Seoul Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station D District D District of Guro-gu, Seoul, and thus, the victim F (44 years old) who was a police officer who arrived at the site after receiving a report of help and delivery, released the Defendant, and recommended him to pay taxi expenses and return home. While there is a person E and a passage, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by openly obcing the victim “I am a police officer, I am a frith, frith, I am a bit of bitch, I am a bitch, I am a bit of a bitch.”
