A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant received a summary order of a fine of KRW 1.5 million on December 2, 201, and a fine of KRW 2 million on March 28, 201, respectively, from the Busan District Court’s subsidiary branch branch, for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On August 30, 2014, at around 05:50, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.154% of blood alcohol level, driven Bone Star car in the section of about 3km from the front day of the mutual influence house in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun to the road located near the monthly funeral hall in the city of the head of the Busan-gun, the head of the Busan-gun, the head of the Dong-gun, the head of the Dong-gun, and the Defendant.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bone Star motor vehicle.

The defendant, while under the influence of liquor at the time and time as set forth in paragraph (1), driven the said car and proceeded at a speed of about 50 km from the west side to the west side with the west side of the two lanes near the monthly street.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as taking the front left well, accurately operating the steering and brakes, and complying with the rules of good faith, etc.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was in front of the said Lone Star Motor Vehicle, which was driven by the injured party C, who was in the course of coming into operation by neglecting the central line by negligence.

As such, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol that it is difficult for the Defendant to drive the motor vehicle normally, and suffered injury, such as the mouth 2, 3, and 4 on the left-hand side in need of treatment for about six weeks.
