Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the president of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 1201 Dong 102, was operating the said children’s nursery facility;

1. From January 13, 2015 to July 31, 2016, when operating the aforementioned “E”, the head of the business from around January 13, 2015 to around July 31, 2016, the employer was obligated to employ workers, such as infant care teachers, and collect four-month premium, including income tax and national pension insurance, for the same person. On April 2015, employees employed at the above child care center and paid the above four-month wage to F, infant care teachers, who were employed at the above child care center, but did not pay 18,910 won as employee contributions, among health and long-term care insurance premiums, but did not pay it to the National Pension Service, as well as embezzlement in the course of business, by deducting 14 times from the Si to November 2015, and by failing to pay it to the National Pension Service.

2. When the government of each month faces a crisis in which subsidies such as operating expenses of child care centers which were provided by the government of each month are suspended because the financial situation of the above child care center has deteriorated due to its failure to pay salaries to the child care teachers under its jurisdiction and the failure to pay four major premiums for them;

A. On April 22, 2015, at the week of the above “E”, written the details of the amount of reimbursement for April 2015 to childcare teachers affiliated with the said childcare center, who access the new bank’s Internet banking site and submit it to the Mapo-gu Office.
