When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 0.076% of blood alcohol concentration at around 21:49, and was driving from the end of punch road in Busan, Daegu, Busan, to the front road.
