A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around August 14, 2016, at around 23:58, committed a theft in front of the Victim D’s house located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) removed the shock network attached to the window installed on the window in his/her hand; (c) intruded into the inner bank through the window; and (d) cut off with a handbag with cash of KRW 150,000,000 and a cellular phone of KRW 600,000,000,000.
2. Around September 7, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, on September 7, 2016, at night, and around the house of the Victim F, located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant went into front of the house of the Victim E, and went in front of the house of the victim F, so that the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime without passing through sound by the victim.
3. Around October 6, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around October 6, 2016; (b) the Defendant was in front of the house of the victim J, located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si I and 102, and was in front of the house of the victim J, which was located in the vicinity, putting the pipe in hand and was in front of the house of the victim J, and was in front of the house of the victim himself/herself, and was taken out by the victim who was on the cover of the house of the house of the damaged; and (c) the victim, who completed a shower, was not able to bring the house of the above bank into a wind, but did not commit an attempted crime.
