A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Around October 8, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for special larceny in order to be sentenced to a one-year imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, and on March 20, 2009, the period of the suspended sentence became final and conclusive on March 28, 2009 by being sentenced to a maximum of six months, or a short-term four months at the Incheon District Court to a special larceny.
