A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, sustained injuries, such as salt bars and tensions, etc., to the victim, and at the same time destroyed the back of the damaged vehicle, and escaped without immediately stopping the damaged vehicle and without taking necessary measures.
