If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:3 on April 29, 2016, around 50:50-distance Myeonc-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, without any person who wraps in a park by using a public telephone in a park; (b) reported false information to the police office at the 112 comprehensive situation room; and (c) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties by having him/her visit the scene to the scene by a slope of the 31st patrol patrol of the Jungp Police Station C District 31 and two other employees who need no assistance from the police.
