When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around December 23, 2015, the Defendant filed 112 reports with the purport that E, a main owner of the relevant subdivision, took advantage of the above public telephone in the public telephone room located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for the purpose that he/she expressed a desire to the Defendant.
However, the above E did not have any desire for the defendant.
As a result, the Defendant reported a false crime to a public official.
2. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) around 22:11, 201, at “Om-distance Park” located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, 50-gil-ro 91, which, without any particular reason, cut down the CCTV call part for the purpose of crime prevention, managed and operated by Jung-gu, Jung-gu, and caused the said defense call to be cut off.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
