1. Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant drafted a new transaction application, which is a private document on rights and obligations, using the qualification of the agent of D.
2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, exercised the title-based employee who may know of the fact, as if the application for new transaction was duly formed.
3. At around 12:00 on June 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) required the broker J to prepare, in the form of the real estate lease contract, the paper of the real estate lease contract, “K Apartment-si 205 Dong 102 in the address column, G, telephone column in the resident number column, L, and name column in the resident number column”; (b) stamped the Defendant’s seal on each side of the name; (c) marked the printed “the contract amount of KRW 8,00,000,000, shall be paid at the time of the contract”; and (d) marked the Defendant’s seal on each side of the “the contract amount of KRW 8,00,000,” and affixed the Defendant’s seal on that side.
