Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on December 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was under competition between the victim D (year 52) and passengers engaged in the same taxi driving duty in front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul on the street; (b) on the ground that the victim spits the bath on the ground that the victim spits the bath, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, who is unable to know the treatment days due to the following: (c) the victim spits down from the taxi in front of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul; (d) the victim spits the bath in front of the taxi where the victim stops; and (e) the victim spits the baby in front of the driver’s seat; and (e) the victim spits the baby in front of the victim.
