A On May 12, 2017, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for one year for fraud, and the judgment was finalized on January 17, 2018, and on July 24, 2019, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to two years of suspended execution for one year of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, and the judgment was finalized on August 1, 2019.
