1. The defendant shall issue to the plaintiffs a high-level district court for the defendant's high-level branch office for the real estate stated in the attached list.
Reasons
1. The real estate listed in the attached list of the basic facts (hereinafter “instant land”) is the land under the circumstances of E, which was located in D on June 11, 1913, which was the Japanese colonial rule.
On October 2, 1998, the defendant completed the registration of initial ownership relating to the land of this case.

In around 1966, N, the plaintiffs, built a new building on the ground of the land of this case. Registration of preservation of ownership was made in the name of M, the spouse, and following M's death, the plaintiff Gap owned the building solely after the division of inherited property.
The Plaintiffs E was born from the “O in the Asia-si,” died at the same place, and there is no Dong-gu, the main purpose of which is “D in the Asia-si.”
In addition, the plaintiffs' early L was born in the above land and died in the same place, and the plaintiffs' n was born in the above land.
Meanwhile, “P”, an administrative district, was created by combining parts of Q, D, and R at the time of the consolidation of administrative districts in 1914, and there was no administrative district called “P” at the time of the change of administrative districts.
In the old land cadastre concerning the land of this case, L has obtained transfer of ownership due to E’s assessment, and N was written on May 19, 1981 that ownership was acquired in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership.
