A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Daegu District Court for one year and six months, and on July 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for the same crime by the same court on July 16, 2014, and was sentenced to two years for the same crime.

1. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant cut off 150,000 won in cash owned by the victim C, 150,000 won in Onnuri gift certificates, 100,000 won, and 4 copies of credit cards, etc. within the Seodaemun-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro 26-gil 25,00,000.

2. On September 28, 2014, the Defendant cut off 250,000 won in cash, 100,000 won merchandise coupons 2,50,000 won merchandise coupons 2, 50,000 won merchandise coupons 2, 100,000 won merchandise coupons 10,000 won merchandise coupons, and 5 credit cards.

3. On October 3, 2014, around 15:11, 201, the Defendant cut off one set of 70,000 won of the market price consisting of 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 5 credit cards, etc. before the G store in the first floor, the victim H puts up a knife with a knife with a knife.

4. On October 4, 2014, around 14:20, the Defendant: (a) cut off a part of an empty wall with the market value of KRW 120,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, within a bank cited by the victim I within the two districts of Seodaemun market; and (b) cut off one part of an empty wall with the market value of KRW 191,00,000.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
