Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) is a person who is engaged in driving a Belgium car.

On March 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.153% in blood around 19:00 and reduced the secondary road in front of the “D convenience store” located in Daegu Western-gu C by driving the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.153% in his blood, from the direction of a house’s alleyway.

In the direction of elementary school, the right of the school was moved to elementary school.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce speed and safely drive a motor vehicle by checking well the right and the right and the right of the motor vehicle, and not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to drinking.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driving the said B Belgium car under the influence of alcohol with about 50 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.153% from the section of approximately 50 meters from the front of a restaurant of blades in the Seogu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu to the place under paragraph (1).
