Punishment of the crime

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2014. 3. 12. 15:40경 서울 강북구 C빌라 앞 주차장에 있는 피고인 소유 D 테라칸 차량과 서울 강북구 E에 있는 다세대 주택 호수 불상의 창고에서, 상표권자 ‘구치오구치쏘시에떼퍼아찌오니’의 등록상표인 ‘GUCCI'(상표등록번호 제066629호)와 동일한 상표를 이용한 구찌 지갑 225점, 샤넬 상표를 위조하기 위한 동판(금형) 1개, 구찌 제품을 만들기 위한 원단 2롤, 루이비통 상표를 위조하기 위한 동판(금형) 1개, 구찌지갑을 만들 때사용하기 위한 구찌 금속장식 40점 등 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 5가지 브랜드의 위조 유명상표가 부착된 제품이나 상표를 위조하기 위한 용구 등 총 1,133점을 소지하였다.
