On March 27, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.126% of blood alcohol content, driven B rocketing car at a distance of about 10 meters from the 10-meter radius to the front day of the Jinchip parking lot in Daegu Jung-dong at approximately 23:48 on the same day.
